Questions Before Your Visit
Here is a list of the FAQs we often get. Hopefully this can help you plan your trip to Trepidations this fall.
Is it scary?
Yes. This experience is not designed for the faint of heart. We use the latest scare tactics and technology to produce a one of a kind experience.
How much are tickets?
Regular Night $25. Blackout $25. No Scare Night $10.
Can you buy online tickets?
Yes. We have partnered with FearTicket to provide online ticketing for our guests. Tickets available at trepidationshaunt.fearticket.com.
Do I have to crawl?
No. We have no points where you will be expected to crawl. Some slight crouching is expected.
How long are the haunts?
The total walkthrough takes about 20-30 minutes. Depending on how fast you run! Spend your evening here with food trucks, the Halloween store and more.
Is there an age requirement?
No, however, we recommend 13 or up. You know your child better than we do and what they can handle.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept them with our online ticketing as well as onsite in the box office.
Do you have covered waiting?
Yes. We have a large indoor queue line.
What does my visit entail?
General Admission gets you access to both haunted houses. We also host food trucks nightly, have our very own Halloween store and a spooky midway area. No admission required to enter the midway, visit food trucks or the Halloween store!
Can we be kicked out?
Yes. We don’t enjoy doing it but we will. We do not tolerate any sort of crude behavior or actions. If reported, you will be located and escorted out of the experience with no refund. Be respectful to our staff and facility and there won’t be an issue.
Do I get a refund if I’m too scared to finish the haunt?
No. We offer NO REFUNDS once your ticket is purchased. Especially for doing our job very well. Which we do.
